Our Walk Through The Ghyll

On Sunday 22 August, Emma the Ranger led a walk in damp conditions to introduce Crowborough Conservation members and Crowborough residents to this beautiful new nature reserve. The rain stayed away and Emma explained about the Town Council’s exciting plans to develop
The Ghyll as a wildlife habitat for local people to enjoy. We also heard of the interesting history of the site from long-term Crowborough residents. If you haven’t visited it yet, this is a real gem of a reserve with a fantastic variety of habitats and we look forward to supporting the Council with volunteer work.
